Erin graduated from a 200-hour YTT where she studied Alignment Vinyasa at Club Greenwood. She has additional certifications in personal training, fitness nutrition, exercise therapy & REIKI I. Furthermore, Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in teaching and learning.

What does it look like?

Tuesday Circuit Training is a FULL BODY workout combining cardio & strength training though functional mobility movement. You work at your own pace with a weight of your choice. 60 seconds per movement followed by 60 seconds of cardio. We begin class with a warm up, move through each circuit twice & end with a cool down & some stretching.
Yoga for Healthy Bones

Yoga is a great way to improve bone health. Practicing yoga regularly can help increase bone density, improve balance and coordination, and reduce the risk of falls and fractures. Some yoga poses that are particularly beneficial for bone health include, Triangle Pose, Warrior II, and Tree Pose. If you're interested in making yoga a part of your bone health routine, consider my monthly offerings at Dennis Union Church or Masjah Studios.
